You may decide to choose this traditional way of one to one lessons, which allows you to identify your specific needs and have a personalized practice designed for you to do at home on a regular basis.
During each one-to-one lesson, you are guided through a practice specifically developed for you, ensuring you feel confident to continue to practice at home.
Yoga is a process. I suggest three months of regular practice to give yourself sufficient time to establish a regular discipline of practice and to experience its benefits. Initially lessons may be at weekly or fortnightly intervals, but once established you may wish to continue with intervals of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your needs and circumstances.
